Apartment Building Cooker Hoods for Centralized Exhaust Systems
The cooker hoods are designed to facilitate installation and adjustment. Both basic and boost airflows can be measured from the same point, which speeds up commissioning. Range hoods can be connected, for example, to centralized ventilation systems. Peak data is available for all hoods.
When using a fire damper, the fire damper valve can be removed through the grease filter of the cooker hood or through the maintenance hatch behind the spice cabinet, depending on the model.
