To ensure we can serve you quickly and efficiently, please prepare the following before contacting us:
1. Ascertain the device model and serial number
Please check the exact model and serial number of the device before calling. This information can usually be found on the device's type plate or rating plate.
2. Take a photo of the type plate
Take a clear photo of the device's type plate and, if possible, send the image to us in advance. This will expedite device identification and the initiation of the maintenance process.
3. Warranty products
If the product is under warranty, we kindly ask you to contact us primarily by email. The email should include:
- a photo of the type plate
- proof of purchase / order confirmation
- a brief description of the defect
This ensures that warranty processing begins without delay and that we receive all necessary information from the outset.
